We are more flexible than your Yoga instructor, whilst we canโt reduce the pricing of our packages, we love creating customised cleaning that will work with your budget and make sure you are getting the best service to suit all of your needs.
We are all animal LOVERS, however if you are not going to be home at the time of service and your fur babies are unsure of strangers or donโt like vacuum cleaners it may be a good idea to leave them in an area away from our cleaning technicians. We can always let them back inside when we are leaving.
If you mean the blue vein, hell yes (No seriously, weโre actually trying to go vegan) As much as we would love to say yes, we can in most circumstances, though sometimes mould gets in behind the silicone and keepin it real, the only way for it to disappear is to cut it out, let the area dry and install new silicone. BUT the good news is our experienced super ninja has been renovating bathrooms for 22 years and he can absolutely do that for you.
Our cleaners will always try to arrive on time for your clean however please allow a 30 minute window to take into account heavy traffic, road works or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend if you need to leave your home at any time, book your clean for at least 1 hour prior to make sure the cleaning technicians have plenty of time before you need to leave. We will always notify you if your cleaner is going to be late.
No of course not, most of our clients will provide a key to us or let us know how we can gain access to your home and we will get the job done and have a beautiful clean space for you and your family to return home to.
We require payment up front to secure your booking. We accept credit all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer and BPAY payments are also available.
We do provide a 7 day service for some of our commercial clients however our Residential cleaning services are only available Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
